NARS Sheer Glow Foundation

I've been using MAC foundations since, well, I first properly started using makeup at the tender age of 15.

First studio fix, then the lighter version, then studio sculpt, which I have religiously been wearing for the last two years almost. Wow.

What I love about studio sculpt is that, it's not a liquid, it's a gel based formula, which for me seems to cover really well. And I always thought that the NC colour palette suited me so well as pretty much all the shades from brands sold in pharmacies were way to orange against my skin, but I'm probably just a bit crud at matching my skin properly.

Anyway, as pretty much every blogger raves about the NARS Sheer Glow Foundation, I thought I'd give it a go.

My initial reaction when being matched in Space NK was that the match was flawless, the foundation was literally the colour of my skin; I don't like to look like I'm wearing a lot of makeup so this is perfect for me. And it didn't feel greasy or overly heavy on my skin, which is always nice.

I've worn the foundation a couple of times since purchase on Friday last week and I'm literally loving how healthy and natural it makes my skin look, I guess this is why everyone has been raving about this foundation for so long. I was also told that this foundation will be much better for my skin than anything from MAC, so I'll be interested to see the results. I love that it's a liquid and I love the medium to full coverage it gives without me feeling like I've caked the makeup on.

It's not the cheapest at over £30 but to be honest, it doesn't bother me because I love the quality of this product and I will pay the money for something that matches. If you haven't already tried this product I would strongly recommend it, it is wonderful.
